Zoe's pretty Fall Vintage sweater.

Done and Proud :) Now if only Zoë would stop getting ink, juice, blackberries, and other stains on it! Also, I'd appreciate it if she could not grow too fast so that I could cram her into the sweater for longer -- does that make me a bad person? A bad Mom?

great friends and great art.

Zoe Zych is a lucky girl. Why? Cause her mother is a lucky lady. Why? Because she has talented friends, of course! :) Here are some pics of Zoe enjoying her gifts, or rather, her pieces of knitting and quilting art.

Zoe is modeling Sarah's sweater. In red, Zoe can be Little Red Riding Hood...

Zoe enjoys Jen's quilt whether she is on it, in it, or studying it from elsewhere. We love Zoe's mom' friends and their gifts ;)

another brilliant shared creation of art!

The Space Craft girls strike again... this time to create a quilt + pillowcases for Stephanie and Collin for their wedding. I made the pillowcases and Sarah and Jen the quilt. Voila! Girls, feel free to add more discussion... I'm just posting the pics before I forget!

And I think it looks quite dashing, although it does not quite obscure the rolls of podge. Nothing short of a toga would do that, I think....

Are you sensing a theme? Because I am!
Zach was born and you guys totally blew craft magic out of the water.
I stand in awe. Baby starfish says thank you. ;)

Jen is AMAZING

No, seriously she is. Amazing. Because do you see this quilt? Ignore the cute baby in the middle. Focus on the quilt. It is incredible. And Jen made it. I joke not. She's fantastic. The animals are mostly hand applique and made of minkee, which is so soft I want to touch it all the time. And its adorable. A labor of love. We promise to be good to it.

HOORAY!

Ok, I might have accidently set it so only my gmail account accesses this? But I can add y'all (Jen & Antara) so you should let me know. Turns out I'm about as technologically savvy as a banana slug. Hm, bodes badly.
Once this works, I'm posting pictures of my last two finished projects. Oh! Oh! Maybe three. I finished socks for my mother in law, leg warmers for Maureen and a baby diaper cover (as opposed to.. a grown up diaper cover? right.. anyway, whatever. Its cute. It looks like an alien butt hat. Trust me.)
